不少企业以为 ISMS 文件齐了就算过关。但审核员翻的不是目录，是运行痕迹：这条控制项什么时候做的、谁做的、结果如何。我们拆了一次真实审核的提问路径。Many organisations assume that once the ISMS documents are complete, the job is done. But auditors don't read a table of contents, they read the traces: when a control was operated, by whom, and with what result.

首版规则库完成核心条款覆盖，确立了编码范式。条款不再只是给人读的文本，而是能被系统匹配、比对和自动更新的结构。后续标准照此扩展。The first release covers the core clauses and sets the encoding pattern. Clauses stop being text for people to read and become structures systems can match, compare and update.

客户手上只有零散的作业指导书和检验记录。系统据此生成质量手册、程序文件与内审计划，专家复核后送审。认证后转入持续合规订阅，内审工时下降约 70%。The client had only scattered work instructions and inspection records. Bosys drafted the manual, procedures and audit plan from them, and the expert signed off before submission. Moving to continuous compliance cut audit hours by around 70%.
